How much of sounding “smart” is really about vocabulary — and how much of it is about structure, timing, and restraint? Why do some people say very simple things and still sound clear, confident, and thoughtful, while others say a lot and leave people unconvinced? And what actually makes someone feel understood when we speak to them — the words themselves, or the way we listen before choosing them?
In this workshop, we’ll look at speaking as a skill you can design, not just perform. We’ll explore how the structure of what you say shapes how it’s received, why delivery often matters more than word choice, and how listening deeply can change the quality of any conversation. We’ll also look at one of the most underrated communication skills of all: knowing when saying less — or nothing at all — is the most powerful move you can make. Practical, thoughtful, and immediately useful, this session is for anyone who wants to communicate with more clarity, confidence, and impact without forcing themselves to be louder than they are.
